Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please note that all returns and exchange requests are subject to our approval. If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please note the following:

  • Eligibility: Only valid return and exchange requests will be accepted. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and tags still intact, and submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be sent back via a tracked mailing method only to ensure safe delivery. Original shipping fee will not be refunded to you.

Process:

  1. Drop us a WhatsApp at 9776 8349 with your order number and reason for return/exchange. 

  2. Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

  3. Only approved requests will be processed.

 

Refunds/Exchanges: Once your request has been approved and the item is received on our end, we’ll proceed with a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, and exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
